Known for his instrumental hit “Raunchy,” Bill Justis worked behind the scenes at Sun Records playing saxophone, arranging hits, conducting, and even discovering legendary country musician Charlie Rich. Cloud 9, originally released in 1960, is his time to shine as he and his saxophone take center stage with rocking dance tracks like “Cattywampus,” romantic tunes like “The Snuggle,” and playful tracks like the mischievous “Moosejaw,” backed by top studio musicians of the early rock and roll era.
